Smokey Hills Outdoor Store has a strong history of taking care of our customers after the sale, our team in the Ice Castle Service Center is the backbone of the company. Our shop foreman, Scott, has nearly 25 years of experience building and working on Ice Castle Fish Houses. 20 of those years were spent working at both manufacturing plants in Montevideo, Mn and in Pine River, Mn. We have strong leadership with a very experienced shop manager, Mike Moody. James Skala also brings many years of experience in carpentry and running a family owned business.
Our Ice Castle Service Center can tackle most any job. They specialize in insurance claims, upgrades and warranty work. Since we are a Certified Warranty Center, we can do warranty work on any Ice Castle bought from any dealer!
